Family-Centered Approach

ABA Therapy at Time to Shine ABA is a personalized and tailored approach to each client, taking into consideration their unique developmental level and current skill set. Each client receives individualized attention in a 1:1 setting, focusing on goals that are specific and relevant to their needs. This allows them to learn and progress at their own pace, promoting personal growth and independence. We understand the significance of acquiring skills that help individuals become active members of the community, but we also prioritize fostering their individuality. Our therapy sessions not only aim to develop necessary abilities but also encourage clients to flourish as individuals.

At Time to Shine ABA, programming is focused on a play-based approach to learning. This means that our clients engage in activities they enjoy in their natural environment. We believe that this approach enhances the learning experience and promotes better outcomes. While we prioritize activities that our clients find enjoyable, we also incorporate necessary self-help skills into their therapy sessions, even if they may not initially enjoy them. As our clients grow and develop, we gradually introduce more self-help skills, while still targeting a wide range of other skills, including leisure and social skills. Our goal is to provide a holistic and well-rounded therapy experience that promotes overall development and independence.
